I'm so grateful you're here! The purpose of my work to help you change your habits and take your health back into your own hands. My goal is to offer you resources, tools, and techniques that show you how to break the physical, emotional, and social barriers that may be holding you back from living your healthiest, most vibrant life. My hope is that you will learn to trust yourself again so that you can become the true expert of you.
I believe that the more you know about how habits work and how nutrition affects your health, the more inspired you'll be to do what it takes to nourish yourself and live your healthiest life. It's so much more empowering when you know the reasons behind the healthy choices you are making—and you're not simply following the latest diet trend or health guru.

I want to help you become an "action taker" instead of an "information gatherer." My hope is that the information I offer will inspire you to put the knowledge you gain into motion so that it can lead you to true transformation and lasting change.
Finally, I want to encourage you to exercise your "power to choose". I don’t know about you, but when someone tells me that I can’t have something—I want it even more! What I’ve learned is that when I stop restricting myself with food, the rebellious eating goes away—because there are no rules to break! I now have a deep respect for and a healthy relationship with food—and with my body. I've learned to treat them both in a more dignified, flexible, and loving way.
In summary, I want to show you how to nourish your body with exquisite-tasting whole foods from the earth, offer you easily-digestible nutrition information, and teach you how to nurture your magnificent mind and your precious soul. I want to help you get back into the driver’s seat of your health—and your life. Because when you’re back in control and you feel empowered again, everything shifts—and all possibilities break wide open.
Wellness is cumulative—and so is disease. Disease doesn’t happen overnight. Our habits and the foods we choose to eat on a daily basis impact every aspect of our lives—how we feel, how we act, how we live, and how we age—not only today, but in the future. We may think we’re getting away with unhealthy eating habits simply because we don’t see or feel any immediate negative consequences. But like the little raindrop on the roof, over time, these harmful daily habits can eventually cause severe and irreparable damage.
The path to wellness isn't a destination but a journey, and I’ll be taking that journey along with you. I too will challenge myself by reaching beyond my own comfort zone. I’m certainly not perfect and I don’t have all the answers, but I do know how to find them—and I’m committed to bringing you the very best of what I’m living and learning along the way.
