Fatty Acids

Fatty acids come in two forms: essential fatty acids: omega-3 and omega-6; and non-essential fatty acids: omega-9​. They each serve different beneficial functions within the body. Incorporating​ both essential and non-essential fatty acids into your diet in the ​correct proportions is necessary for maintaining heart health, proper brain functioning, and ​overall wellness.
